The digital side handles the computer. The fabrication side handles the broken bracket, the missing clip, the custom mount, and the forged carbon piece nobody else stocks. Most shops send you elsewhere for this — we make it.

For now, Monson Digital Fabrication is fully mobile — the laptop, the diagnostic gear, and the fabrication capability come to your vehicle, your shop, your slip, or your trailhead. A brick-and-mortar shop is the plan; until then, you get shop-level work without moving the vehicle.

Pricing

Two Ways We Price. Both Up Front.

Digital services are flat packages — you know the number before we start. Fabrication is setup + machine/labor time + materials, because a 20-minute bracket and an 18-hour mold aren’t the same “part.” Complex custom work is project-quoted. Final figure always confirmed before any deposit.

What area do you cover?+
Primary mobile service covers Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Rogersville, Strafford, and surrounding southwest Missouri. Powersports and marine work extends to the Branson, Lake of the Ozarks, and Table Rock corridor. Outside that radius? We can still help — travel is quoted into the estimate.
Do you come to my house / shop / slip?+
Yes — that's the whole point. We're fully mobile out of the truck. If the vehicle can't move, that's exactly when to call us. Boats in a slip, side-by-sides on a trailer, a truck dead in the driveway — we come to it.
How does payment and the deposit work?+
After we review your quote and confirm scope, a deposit reserves your spot and covers ordering any parts or materials. The balance is due on completion. We'll send a payment link — card or app — no awkward cash handling at the tailgate.
Is tuning legal for my street-driven vehicle?+
It depends on the service and your local laws. Emissions-related tuning — DPF, EGR, catalyst, AdBlue — is for off-road, motorsport, or agricultural use where permitted. We'll tell you straight up what applies to your platform so you can decide.
Can you make a part that doesn't exist anymore?+
Very likely. Between 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and welding, a broken bracket or unobtanium clip is often a same-week solve instead of a months-long parts hunt. Send a photo or the broken piece.
What platforms do you support?+
Strong Ford / Power Stroke and GM / Duramax coverage, Cummins, plus common gas platforms. Heavy-equipment and transmission work on Allison and 10R80. Powersports and marine by project — run the wizard and we'll confirm what your specific setup needs.
Do you warranty your work?+
Tuning and programming work is logged and the original file is always backed up before changes — if something's off, we can revert. Fabrication parts are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. We stand behind what leaves the truck.
